FRIENDS OF THE COLONEL is an independent-expenditure-only political committee. The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Content on the Site is not authorized by, and is independent of, any candidate or candidate's committee, and nothing on the Site should be read as coordinated with any campaign.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to FRIENDS OF THE COLONEL and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
